Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Natali Production (“we”, “us”) processes when you visit nataliproduction.fun (the “Site”), why, and what choices you have. The Site has no user accounts, no registration and no payments.

1. Information we process

• View and like counters. When you start an episode or press “like”, we process your IP address to count one view per episode per day and one like per episode. We do not store your IP address in readable form: it is converted into a one-way keyed hash (HMAC-SHA256) and only that hash is stored together with the episode and the date.
• Abuse protection. The same hash is used to limit how many requests can be sent per minute. These records are overwritten every minute.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard web server logs (IP address, time, requested page, browser type) for security and troubleshooting, for a limited period set by the provider.
• Data stored in your browser. The Site saves in your browser’s local storage which episode you watched last and which episodes you finished, so it can show “Continue watching”. This data never leaves your device; you can delete it by clearing site data in your browser.

2. Why we process it (legal basis)

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interests: to run and secure the Site, to show honest view and like counts, and to prevent abuse (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Analytics and advertising cookies are used only with your consent.

3. Third-party services

• YouTube (Google). Episodes are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The player is loaded only when you press play; from that moment YouTube may process your data under the Google Privacy Policy. Episode covers are copied from YouTube to our server, so loading a page does not contact YouTube.
• Google AdSense. We may show ads from Google after episodes. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other sites. • Google Analytics (Google Tag Manager). With your consent (“Analytics” in the cookie settings) we use Google Analytics to see how many people visit pages and watch episodes. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4. Without consent it runs in a cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode v2). Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts. Fonts are loaded from Google servers, which receive your IP address.

4. How long we keep data

Hashed view records are kept while the episode is on the Site so that counts stay accurate; likes are kept until you remove the like or the episode is removed. Rate-limit records are replaced every minute.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone except our hosting provider and the third-party services described above.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Because we store only a hash of your IP address, we may be unable to identify which records relate to you. To make a request, contact us via a message to our YouTube channel @nataliandbaudouin.

7. Children

The series is intended for viewers aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

8. Security

The Site uses HTTPS, strict security headers, prepared database queries and request limits. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, but we work to protect the information we process.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
